All of Susanna’s engagement is done on a "by donation" basis. That means that this is a non-profit organisation, and there are no stipulated charges for the assistance you may receive from Susanna. As we are aware however, there are costs involved in anything we do, thus Susanna and continuation of her great work is dependent on donation from client and the general public.
Again it is a non profit organisation, if the future should generate any surplus – it will be used for the expansion of the services – or donated to worthy Australian charity causes.
